Scarves So Sweet!

Saturday's Festive Felt Scarves class was a great day.  We had a great group of students all very excited to learn felt making and work with interesting fiber.  We made two scarves, the first was merino (I used short hair batts) and then we incorporated Patterns on our scarves.  The afternoon's scarf was made with exotic fiber, mohair tops.  Very silky, and very slippery....We should have a sign that says caution: slippery when wet!!  All in all a good day.

Oh and I made Irish Soda Bread (the recipe from Dingle Ireland) as the snack.  It turned out very tasty if I don't say so myself!
